Great season in 2014/15 - 5 rounds to go, plus the Pentathlon

It has been terrific to see lots of new (and returning) athletes competing in our first 10 rounds of competition at the Joe Carmody track in Newborough as well as strong competition at the 3 Vern Curnow Shield nights.

Follow the Victorian Country Athletics competition in Bendigo (Australia Day weekend), our season now moves to the final 5 rounds. This will culminate with the Gippsland Pentathlon (5 events - 200m, 800m[W]/1500m[M], Long Jump, Discus, Javelin) which is open to all AV registered athletes and is a fun night to finish our year (entries taken on the night - $5 competition fee).

Details will be circulated soon regarding our end of season Presentation Night as well our club AGM in late March.
